When cholesterol levels are high certain things can occur. One thing is atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis is when the blood arteries are jam packed with the fats carried from your liver to different parts of the body. When this happens high blood pressure is an obvious consequence, plus of course diabetes because of an affected rate of blood flow. So hey, it does make sense that certain fats can be beneficial, whilst other ones are not. Balance is essential in life, and evident in practically everything. The body has its own balance called homeostasis when all systems are calibrated and running smoothly.
